Node supplier
Apply as a node supplier, payouts and deposit, create and publish offers, subscribers and stop tickets, income, disputes and leaving.
For suppliers selling their own nodes. Apply and set up payouts in the seller centre first, then create and publish offers on your own control plane. Each uses its own account.
| Where | What |
|---|---|
| Seller centre ("Seller centre" on the left of the licence centre) | Onboarding, identity verification, payout accounts, deposit, orders and usage, income and settlement, disputes |
| "Node market" on your control plane (/dashboard/sys/node-market) | Membership, my listings (new offers, publish and delist), supplier management (subscribers, stop tickets, supply switches), received payments |
"Node market" is not in the control-plane sidebar yet: add /dashboard/sys/node-market to your control-plane address, for example https://console.cdnca.com/dashboard/sys/node-market. If it does not open or says you lack permission, ask your administrator.
Apply as a node supplier
- Sign in to the seller centre and open "Onboarding".
- Check the face-verification status. If not passed, click the link to complete it in the licence centre, then come back and click "Refresh verification status".
- Under the roles, tick "Node supplier". You do not need "Plugin developer" to sell nodes.
- Choose individual or company. Companies also complete company verification in the licence centre and refresh.
- Enter a seller name buyers will recognise and can contact.
- Read and accept the agreements and click "Submit application".
- If a node-supplier onboarding fee is due and the status is "Awaiting fee", click "Pay onboarding fee", then come back to check.
The "Node supplier" row in "Onboarding" shows the result; only "Approved" means you may sell. Approval as a plugin developer does not approve you as a node supplier.
| Status | Next step |
|---|---|
| Awaiting fee | Pay through the fee link on this page, then check the order and status |
| Under review | Wait; check the status and comments here |
| Rejected | Read the comments, edit and click "Edit and resubmit"; if the button is missing, contact the platform |
| Approved | Prepare nodes, payouts and offers |
| Suspended, terminated | Read the note and ask the platform for the reason and conditions; a new application does not lift it |
If you already have another role and cannot add node supplier, ask the platform whether and how it can be added; do not register another account. If payment succeeded but the application did not change, keep the order number, time and message and contact the platform; do not pay the fee twice.
Payouts
Two kinds of money, set up separately:
- Subscriber top-ups: the administrator who handles payments on your control plane opens "Payment channels" (/dashboard/finance/payment-channels), creates or edits the channel and ticks "Node-market direct payment" under its uses, checks the method, merchant details and amount range and saves. Subscriber top-ups go straight to your merchant account, not through the platform. "Site top-up" alone does not enable node-market payments.
- Platform settlement withdrawals: in the seller centre open "Payout accounts", click "Add payout account", choose the method and enter the holder, account and bank, then wait for verification. The holder should match the verified entity; only usable accounts can be chosen when withdrawing.
Deposit
Open "Deposit" in the seller centre to see paid, required and any shortfall. To top it up, enter the shortfall, click "Pay" and check the paid amount afterwards.
A shortfall can stop new subscriptions and top-ups. Check the status again after paying; a payment screenshot does not prove the restriction is lifted. The deposit is neither subscriber balance nor withdrawable income.
Prepare the nodes
- Have your administrator install, initialise and connect the nodes (install a node).
- Make sure they are online and serving, and that region and carrier are correct.
- In the seller centre's "Nodes & plans" check "Node admission & quality" and fix any issue.
- On your control plane check "Node market → Membership" is active and you have listing capacity.
"My offers" in the seller centre is read-only; create and publish offers on your control plane.
Create your first offer
Start with one daily-bundle offer saved as a draft, check it, then publish.
- In "Node market → My listings", find "New offer" below.
- Give it a name that shows region, line and purpose.
- Choose "One offer per node" (buyers buy each node) or "One multi-node supply" (several nodes sold as one service).
- Filter by region, carrier, line tier or keyword and tick the nodes to sell; check the count. "Select all filtered" only selects the filtered nodes.
- Under pricing choose "Daily bundle" and enter the daily price (fen), minimum and maximum days. Amounts here are in fen: 100 fen = 1 yuan.
- Tick only the limits you need and check their units and what happens at the limit; for multi-node offers also check the per-node share. Node CPU and memory limits protect the node; they are not resources sold to buyers.
- Choose what happens when prepaid balance runs out (pause scheduling or stop service), and set feature tags, included node plugins and whether buyer domains must have ICP filing. Describe only what you actually provide.
- Untick "Publish after creation" and click the create button to save drafts.
- Read each line's result, listing state and reason, then check name, price, limits and state in "My offers".
"Save as template" keeps a set of conditions without nodes; after "Apply template" check nodes and prices again.
If some items fail or the result is unclear, check the created offers one by one from the results; do not recreate the whole batch. If they do not add up, send the results and time to the platform. Before your first traffic, 95th-percentile or daily-peak offer, confirm with the platform how it is billed and that buyers see the full rates.
Publish and delist
Publish: click "Publish" on the draft and check the state. "Under review" is not on sale yet; "Listed" is. Check creation and publishing separately.
Delist: tick offers, click "Batch delist", check the names and impact and click "Run", then check each result. Delisting stops new sales of that offer only; existing subscriptions must still be served. It does not clear nodes, refund or cancel existing customers.
If a delisted offer has no way to republish on the page, ask the platform to restore it; do not create a same-named offer to restore existing subscriptions.
Change prices, limits and commitments
Price, limit and SLA changes affect renewal and billing of existing subscriptions. Until their effect on existing subscriptions has been checked, ask the platform how a change affects existing subscriptions and how to make it before changing anything, and never edit the same offer from several pages at once.
You can always check: current price, limits and prepaid-exhausted action in "My offers", and the current commitment under the offer's "SLA settings". An SLA breach on a direct subscription does not mean the platform paid the buyer; compensation is settled between supplier and buyer.
Subscribers and problems
- Open "Node market → Supplier → Subscribers".
- Filter by offer and check relationship, subscription and supply state, paid until, domains, traffic and active actions.
- Use "Note" for private follow-up notes.
- Check "Paused subscribers" for reason, action, start time and conditions to resume.
"Direct" buyers bought from you; "Downstream" ones use your nodes through another supplier's resale and appear only as a masked ID on this chain, not their login. Suppliers cannot disable an individual buyer from this list.
Attacks, complaints or stopping a downstream
- In "Subscribers" find the object and click "Stop ticket".
- Choose the category, such as complaint, attack source, illegal content or blocked node.
- Describe the situation, affected domains, time range and evidence links and submit.
- Track it under "Supplier → Stop tickets"; open "Details" for the outcome. To withdraw, make sure the platform has not acted and read the notice.
Submitting does not stop anything; the platform decides. Do not delist offers or remove all nodes instead of handling the specific object.
If only one site was paused by "Same-site auto pause", see its site, pool and time under "Supplier → Same-site auto pause". Fix the cause, then the supplier who enabled it, or the platform, clicks "Resume"; check the site afterwards.
Payments and income
| What | Where | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Top-ups subscribers paid to you | Control plane "Node market → Supplier balances", "Received payments" below | Subscriber, amount, method, state, received amount and time; match against your merchant records |
| Orders and usage | Seller centre "Orders & usage" | Order, amount, commission, settlement, state and period |
| Platform pending, held, withdrawable | Seller centre "Income & settlement" | Per currency: pending, held, withdrawable, owed, paying out; ledger and settlement details |
| Withdrawals | Seller centre "Income & settlement → Withdrawals" | Review and payout progress, failure reasons |
To withdraw, click "Request withdrawal", choose a usable payout account, currency and amount (yuan), check the withdrawable balance and submit; then watch "Withdrawals". "Requested" and "Paying out" do not mean received. Direct top-ups were already collected by your merchant account; do not claim them again as platform income.
If you use "Supplier → Platform commission prepay", watch its balance, shortfall and deductions and set an alert line. It pays platform fees only and is not subscriber balance. After leaving prepay the balance stays with the platform and is not refunded; leaving prepay is not leaving supply.
Buyer disputes
- In the seller centre open "Disputes" and "Details" to check the object, amount, deadline and evidence.
- To explain, click "Respond" and submit material; the dispute goes to platform arbitration.
- To refund, click "Accept refund" and check the amount (yuan; empty means full). It is refunded from your income at once and cannot be undone.
- Check the record for the outcome. Disputes not handled by the deadline go to the platform. Do not promise buyers payout times the page does not show.
Leave supply
- Delist offers on sale to stop new sales.
- List remaining direct buyers and downstreams in "Subscribers" and agree migration early.
- For objects that need the platform to end them, submit a "Stop ticket" with category "Leaving supply", giving the planned time and arrangements.
- Keep serving existing customers until the platform confirms.
- Check orders, remaining balances, disputes and settlement; confirm refunds, deposit release and final settlement separately. Delisting does not complete them.
Resale
Reselling bought nodes to your own customers needs your supplier approval, an upstream that allows resale and platform permission; each level manages its own purchases, sales, balances and customers. Checks on resale eligibility and upstream conditions are still being completed. Before reselling, ask the platform and your direct supplier to confirm your control plane, the subscription and what is allowed, then follow the approved way. Do not work around limits with new offers or other accounts.
"Allow resale" under "Supplier → Supply switches" controls whether buyers can resell your offers. Turning it off does not stop resale chains that already exist.
For upstream problems in a resale chain see node market problems.
