Licensing console
For platform operators: customers and licences, identity reviews, licensing mode and payments, market reviews, activity log and operator roles.
For the platform's licensing operators. Customer control-plane administrators do not need this console; nodes and sites are managed on their own control plane.
Menus follow your permissions. If one is missing, ask an operator who manages "Roles & permissions" to check your role; never share an admin account.

Add a customer
- Open "Customers & licences → Customers" and click "Add customer".
- Enter the customer name; the external billing reference and note are optional (the note is visible to operators only).
- To open a portal login at the same time, turn on "Also open a portal login", enter the login username, e-mail and optional phone, then choose "Set an initial password" or "Send a set-password e-mail". An initial password needs 8–1024 characters with at least two of upper case, lower case, digits and symbols, and no spaces or non-ASCII characters; give it to the customer through a secure channel.
- Search for the customer, open the details and check them; if you opened a login, check its state on the "Login account" tab.
If it says the customer was created but the portal login was not, retry from the "Login account" tab; do not create the same customer twice. If saving asks you to re-authenticate, complete it and continue.
Edit, suspend or resume a customer
- Edit: click "Edit" in the customer details, change the name, billing reference or note, save and reopen to confirm. Changing the login e-mail signs the customer out everywhere and notifies both addresses.
- Suspend or resume: check the name and status in the list; "Active" customers can be suspended and "Suspended" ones resumed. Enter a reason and confirm, then refresh. "Close" is not a temporary suspension.
If a result is unclear, refresh first; if another operator just changed it, decide again from the latest state.
Add, renew and adjust licences
Add: on the customer's "Licences" tab click "Add licence", choose the type (trial, paid, free) and fill in the "Basic", "Version and credentials" and "Features and quotas" sections: dates, release channel and version range (or follow the channel), credential lifetime and grace period, features and quotas. Refresh and check type, status, term, version and quotas.
Manage: click "Manage" on a licence to renew (the new expiry must be later than the current one), convert to paid, change the licence content, suspend, resume or revoke. Suspend and revoke need a reason; a revoked licence cannot be restored, but running node traffic is not interrupted. Check the status and the change history afterwards.
When the customer is not active, renew, convert, change and resume are disabled; only suspend and revoke remain. Fix the customer first. If the result is pending, use only "Retry original request" or "Refresh and close"; do not start the same operation again, so nothing is issued or renewed twice.
Identity reviews
- Open "Customers & licences → Identity reviews" and pick a pending request.
- Check the type (legal representative or company), name or company name, credit code and submission time.
- Click "Approve" or "Reject"; a rejection needs a reason the customer can see.
- Refresh and check the status and comment.
Licensing mode and payments
- "Finance & orders → Plans": the licensing mode. In free mode the portal shows only free plans and customers order at 0; in paid mode it shows the paid plans on sale.
- "Finance & orders → Payment settings": customer top-up methods and payee details. The customer top-up page currently shows bank transfer only; WeChat and Alipay online payments are not connected yet. Saved keys show only as configured.
- "Finance & orders → Orders & top-ups": customer orders; credit a customer here once their bank transfer arrives.
Never paste keys in tickets or screenshots.
Review node suppliers and plugin developers
- Filter pending applications under "Node market → Suppliers" or "Plugin market → Developers" and check the entity, requested role and documents.
- Open the details, read any earlier reviews and click "Approve" or "Reject"; give a reason the applicant can act on.
- Refresh and check the status.
Do not approve while the application is still waiting for the onboarding fee. Approving a developer does not approve its plugin versions or prices; those are handled in "Review queue" and "Pricing review".
Activity log
- Open "Settings → Activity log" and filter by action or result, or search by request ID.
- Check time, operator, object, result and request ID; open the details for the full record.
- Note the request ID and time, check the object's current state on its business page and hand it to the owner.
If nothing shows, clear the filters and widen the time range.
Operators and permissions
- "Settings → Invite admins": invite a new operator by e-mail; the account is enabled once they set a password and bind an authenticator within the validity period.
- "Settings → Roles & permissions": assign roles by job. Ask the person to sign in again and check menus and permissions.
- "Settings → Account security": your own password, authenticator and sessions.
